RETURNS

In accordance with the law, each Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Goods sent back for return should be in an unchanged condition (except for changes that were necessary within the limits of ordinary management) - this also applies to packaging of the goods. Along with the returned product or products, the Customer is obliged to return any products that he or she received free of charge.

Products purchased "to order" are not legally returnable.

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent back to us as COD or to a parcel machine.

In order to improve and speed up the return procedure, please attach a completed and signed cancellation and proof of purchase to the parcel, which will greatly speed up the work of the returns department.

Goods returned by the customer should be packaged in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.

The money will be returned to your bank account within 14 days.

Refunds are made to the bank account number indicated in the return form.
